what i like about this solaria outlet is that the cashier will let you know how long you have to wait for the food to be ready, before you proceed to pay for the menu. this is important in this outlet because most people eating here are train passengers. for me, it helps me calculate whether i still have time order, and choose between dining in or taking it away. the last time i was there, she told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes. in reality, the food came just in under 15 minutes. so, kudos to the service.

the crispy chicken with black pepper sauce is delicious. the batter is crispy, and the meat is still juicy inside. the rice portion is enough to make you full. the black pepper sauce goes so well with the chicken and rice. the packaging is safe for travel. nothing leaks from inside, and the box makes it easier for me to eat while...

Staff service crew dan cashier yang tidak friendly, management please train your staff how to serve your costumer, AC nya tolong di benerin dari pihak management nya sendiri...costumers come here not eat for free we pay for it...hire Staff who can do service specially kasir...first impression not good at all..hope when I come again u upgrade to...

Tolong yaaah pelayanan diresto ini diperhatikan lagi. Saya pesan jus alpukat sudah melakukan transaksi 20 menit setelah pembayaran kasir info kalau pesanan saya jus alpukatnya kosong. Saya tidak mau diganti saya tetep mau alpukat saya minta dicancel. Tapi pelayanannya blng baik bu. Setelah itu saya dikonfirmasi lagi dengan org berbeda bahwa pesanan saya alpukat habis tetap saya tidak mau akhirnya disaat sudah lama menunggu pesanan saya sampe dan ini jus rasanya sampah kulit kulit buah ga jelas. Saya kaget td pelayanan 3 org yang berbeda ngomong kalau jus alpukat habis kok tiba tiba ada pesanan saya alpukat. Sekalinya saya minum ga enak!!!!!!!! Liat aja dr warnanya.
