Well I should say the best experience of all others coffee place, have way wider space to enhanced the place to feel the atmosphere unlike the other coffee shops but the concept are total different than the other.

The Service, again coffee shops have their own specialty for service, a bit of a compares, the staff needs to be more active on looking for the surroundings customers around the table or even the outside area, I was about to ask for more drinks and bites, but yea again its coffee shops that u have to go down for orders and went back outside or ups.

The F&B, talks about coffee, i would say it’s pretty decent compares to other but totally worth the experience and concepts here.

The Vibes, not gonna lie the vibes here are way more interesting compare to the other viral hits places, the music are really good and also match the vibes. Nothing more to mention about the atmosphere here, but yea, again this is one of the best concepts coffee shops so far, yet still have to work on the coffees, cz again the brand is “coffee shops”

Coming here at Tuesday around 3pm and it’s not crowded. For first-timers coming to Jurnal Risa, the cashier is doing a pretty good job in upselling, which is not a bad thing but can be misleading for new customers. They were straight-up and offered medium and large sizes. Although the medium is not their normal size. The price differences are 10k for medium and 12k for large. There was some mishap with my drink but they sorted it out quickly. My boyfriend bought cigarettes from the store, but the cashier didn’t check the stock and my bf already paid for the one which was not in stock. The Kopi Khayalan Hendrick was too sweet for someone who doesn’t like sweets. The Biscoff Cheese Cake was great but too sweet for my taste. The place was...

The first time I came here, they’re very crowded and it is understandable when my food delivered so late (60+ minutes), but then the second time i got here is not crowded at all, and it takes 60+ minutes for a simple NASI GORENG 🤣 The staffs just avoiding eye contact and you have to SHOUT for their attention. I think you guys just over staffed on the bar and understaffed for the kitchen

There is only 4 kinds of food that available, yet it took more than 60minutes for NASI GORENG. How is that make sense? 🤣 And for more detail, the nasi goreng is not even that complicated with super simple presentation as on the picture. 60 minutes? Learn from the abang nasgor gerobakan.
