Poorly trained waitress and irresponsible management.
A waitress spilled cold ocha to my girlfriend's back while refilling her ocha. The waitress claimed that another customer bumped her and said it was an accident. She had apologized but that's it. She didn't offer compensation and didn't feel guilty about it. The manager also didn't come to us to apologize for the incident. Not wanting to make a scene, we decided to ask for the bill and leave the restaurant. Even when we walk pass the waitress when we left, she still didn't apologize.
Disappointed by the service, we decided to call the manager complaining about the incident and asking for responsibility. The manager told that she (the waitress) felt sorry and offer to lend my girlfriend her jacket. My girlfriend was soaked all over her back with cold ocha and wearing jacket would only worsen it. In their defense, the waitress was a trainee and inexperienced. The management insisted for us to take the waitress' jacket but didn't provide us with compensation from behalf of the restaurant, as if they won't take the blame and making it a personal issue between the waitress and us. Due to the inability of the restaurant to compensate for the incident, we told them that we were going to post about the incident as a review of our visit and the manager complied.
The things that I'd like to point out are: (1) the waitress didn't feel guilty and just stood still without offering compensation or be responsible about the incident; (2) the manager won't take responsible of their staff's fault and said that it was caused by lack of training; (3) whether the staff was a trainee or a senior, they have to take responsible if they caused an accident; and (4) saying that lack of training is what caused the incident would only reflect to other staff and in return proved that the restaurant's training was bad. Nonexistence of risk management and problem solving skill by the management has proven that the restaurant was an amateur in handling problems. Overall. We were disappointed by the service.
Note: The restaurant has given their consent to be reviewed and criticized by us.

Read moreWaww ... all plate Rp.15.000. What a bargain!!!!. Thats what come into my mind when I see the price. BUT you know. You get what you pay. The price is cheap then the quality is also CHEAP The price is cheap then the customer service is also cheap
I saw a chef cooked a miso soup and called the waitress to pick it up and deliver to the customer. Then I asked the waitress how to order a miso soup. She answered ... miso soup is a special order and if you want then you need to order. And after that she left without ask whether I want to order or not. Whattttt !!!!!
Then I waited until she come again and I this time I straight away said I want to order a miso soup. And you know what. She left again and took the menu book and passed the book to me. Omg .... I just want to order a miso soup. And I said to her, miso soup please. And that she kept standing beside me. Omg. What does she wants. And I open the menu book and I asked her about the menu. I asked her about salmon sushi. The sushi is different and I asked her what is this. She answered oh this is salmon and inside of the salmon is a rice. Omg .... i know this is a salmon but what is inside of the sushi.
So ... overall this restaurant does not have a standard hospitality. The taste is suck, the quality is below standard and the customer service is worst.
The portion of the sushi is really small and slice of the fish or meat is really thin. I think 1 plate Rp.15.000 also too expensive with this quality.
Last but not least, yes we love sale. We love good food with a cheap price but if you cannot provide good hospitality then do not open a restaurant. There are a lot of restaurant of there with a good taste and a cheap price because they know that eventhough the price is low but if the taste is awesome then customer will return.
For me .... I will never return to this restaurant again if they...
Read moreFirst of all, they have an amazing service. They also put their concern on this Pandemic situation. They really do and working it out for implementing their health protocol. They really put it into details, for example, they will give you a plastic pouch for you to put your masks; they also gives you brief instructions about taking the food from the conveyor belt, once you touch the plate from the conveyor belt, it's yours and you can't put it back to the belt. And because all of this service & health protocol procedures, i feel comfortable but yet feel safe during my time here.
Secondly, their food are great. You can't really manipulate food quality when it comes to sushi. Their food are fresh. They have sushi on conveyor belt, but you can also order special menu. They will made the sushi by the order. That's where you can tell that the food is fresh. The salmon are pretty nice. My favourite sushi is the Salmon Go. Other than sushi you can also try donburi, ramen, and snacks as well.
Thirdly, 'IDR 15k sushi/plate' is their marketing campaign, but for me the experience of dining here is worth more than that. They put service charge on your bill but for me that is very okay, because they really put their heart to serve you. When i was here, it costs me around IDR...
