Suasana berasa "homey" dan santai, tapi juga cocok untuk belajar atau rapat dadakan. Servernya ramah dan sangat sabar, serta entusias melayani pelanggan.

Tetapi, saya sarankan kafe ini untuk mengurangi suara musik dan ganti dengan musik klasik atau musik yang tidak terlalu "catchy", agar pelanggan lebih fokus dan tak terganggu.

The atmosphere of the cafe feels lively and brings a homey vibe to it. I really like the warm, fluorescent lights and the interior.

The service is top notch as well, with friendly waitresses and waiters. They especially made sure to take away empty glass bottles and plates in order to make space for other dishes, drinks, or whatever matters for you, handy when working or studying in this cafe.

As for the food, the presentation is amazing. The Beef Bulgogi that I ate was appetizing to look and even more delectable when I ate it. The beef is cooked well and the rice is soft and fragrant. However, the vegetables are a bit soggy.

One improvement I can suggest is that the cafe uses calmer, classical music instead of catchy pop songs that may distract people from studying or working. It would incentivize the customers to stay and focus on whatever they're doing, AKA more buying and more profits. 😉

Great variety on the menu. This cafe might seem typical but it really has something for everyone, covering Indonesian, Asian, Western dishes, and more.

Nothing’s going to totally wow you, but it’s a solid spot that can keep most folks happy. Just a heads up, it’s not the cheapest option around, and even though it’s called Coffee Academics, their coffee is pretty average. Loved the oxtail soup!

Service could use some work, too. They were short-staffed, and the few folks there weren’t super attentive. Ended up having to go over to their station myself because I caught a waiter more focused on his phone game than on the customers.

Honestly, I don’t expect top-notch service at mall restaurants, but this place was notably slack, and annoying enough for me...

The place is smaller than the one in Ashta and they got no BCA promotion here.

Ordered the salmon green curry. Put a 4 star just because of this dish. It is very spicy but really really good, goes well together with the garlic rice. The salmon is moist and crispy on the skin. Love it.

The chicken avo is just standard. Nothing special. The avo is disappointing. Just plain standard.
