Let’s start with the good.
Food earns it one and a half star. Decent, but not mind blowing. I think it’s quite overpriced. But okay. Location is strategic. Ambience is excellent to dine/work. So that’s another half star.
Now let’s discuss why I deducted three stars from the review: the ordering process. We need to make an account with their platform to order despite having table services. Okay, technology woo woo, I get it. But why do we need to sign up? Can we not just order as guest? I tried the option multiple times but the website didn’t work + when I asked the waiter if I can just order with them, they refused. Okay it’s not their fault and maybe it’s a management decision, so I reserved my complaints for this review.
So let me ask the management the following: why do we need to create an account just to order? Why are we “forced” to consent to receiving marketing updates and to give our data to a third party provider? In Indonesia, where data leaks are rampant, is the management ready to take full responsibility if my data falls into bad actor’s hands?
If management doesn’t want to take that responsibility, why do they insist on the rights to get our data?
Overall, will I come again? Yes, maybe, just for the convenience. But I probably will refrain from ordering from my device...
Read moreRead moreI don't know maybe this place is good only for small-group hangout, but they really can't cater a large-group (20 ps) event. Been there for an office iftar and we were asked to choose the full-course meals ~a week before. A day before the event, the restaurant told us to change some meals because they're sold out LOL. Why we even bother listed out our orders for the past week if they can't even prepare the ingredients accordingly? On event day, we were given a room upstairs that I think it was an unfinished(?) part of the building. But yeah go ahead call it industrial to make it fancy or whatever. The foods served cold (what do you men we ate luke-warm tekwan and cold fried-tofu?), came out in random order (my friends' waffle ice cream came before their main course and the ice cream melted away before they get to enjoy it), and not as what it says in the menu (no pesto on the salmon salad, etc.). However, thanks to the staffs who worked hard. Hope the management...
Probably one of the best place to eat and/or have a coffee, however do not take my words for it since there are a lot of places to eat around here. However I highly recommend this place. Went one day and was so impressed with the experience that decided to go another time the next day and it did not disappoint. The place is located on the second floor and it has some kind of arrangements with Dua Coffee. I have tried the burger and for the price I was highly satisfied. The size is adequate and tasty. I have also tried the tofu and anti croissant and they were also tasty and priced accordingly.
You order my scanning a QR code and you pay using your phone. Someone will bring you the bill and offer you different way of paying (Qris amongs them).
As always I can not review a place without talking about the toilet. It was very clean, complete...
