Super OYO 1487 Residence Khoe — Hotel in Jakarta

Overall, our stay at your hotel was pleasant, but there is one aspect that could use improvement. This issue didn't happen every time we stayed there, so for guests reading reviews on Google Maps before booking, don't worry too much—it might not happen to you. So enjoy your stay.

The room was pretty comfortable. I've detailed specific aspects of the room that we appreciated in a separate section below (you can skip to that part instead).

Regarding the Lobby Issue: (This is based on our experience; feel free to skip this part for your own comfort.)

The lobby is quite narrow, and it can become crowded with guests waiting at the reception desk. There was one time when this made it uncomfortable for everyone. I understand that managing large groups of people is challenging, so I appreciate your efforts and encourage you to continue doing your best to keep the area as clear as possible.

It's really helpful when check-out and check-in times are staggered, so guests checking in and out aren't all in the lobby at the same time.

Regarding the Disturbance Issue: Please ensure that guests are not disturbed unnecessarily. We had an unfortunate experience during our stay where this occurred, which was quite distressing. While this was an isolated incident during our stay, it has happened multiple times in our past experiences elsewhere. For those responsible for guest management, please consider adjusting your procedures to minimize such occurrences. As for the facilities, they're still comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Tips or might be considered No smoking area, you need to go outside There's a sticker in door room telling you that you get a free laundry for 4 piece, the staff told me that it's void or doesnt apply anymore, then why the sticker still in there? Don't forget to bring your own drink, they do not serve/sell any of that The good point is it's located near a central town jakarta, but there's always a good competitor nearby, choose wisely They not accepted payment other than cash, so prepare your cash This would be a good choice if you just want to sleep a bit, but if you want a good and comfortable rest, then i dont recommended it. AC and water heater works for me Deposit (100k IDR)

Really good hotel, especially for this price (about 200 000 idr). No breakfast, but there is a supermarkt at the other side of the street

New sanitair, good shower. Great bed. New television with digital Indonesian tv. Clean. Our room had no window, most of the rooms don't have a window. Good airco.

Nice and helpful personnel.

If you take your key, they wil not enter your room. If you want them to clean the room you can leave your key at the reception and tell hem to clean it. You can also ask, for example to only change the towels.

Next to the hotel is a good laundry and several good warungs a coffeeshop and a durian selling point. Only a 5 menit walk to a busy street (don't forget to buy some fruit at a good fruitsstand) and a less then 15 menit walk to several malls.

We went for two days, but extended with another 4 days.
