What a hidden gem! We were looking for a place that had local cuisine and was open to eat after we went snorkeling at the Japanese Ship Wreck. We didn't want to pay the high prices like the restaurants we were seeing nearby.
The setting doesn't look like your typical restaurant, but it was very pleasant and just as enjoyable!
Food was so delicious and tasted super fresh! Made to order! I had the Pepes Ikan, which was a Mahi Mahi cooked/steamed in banana leaves. Came with a few sides which complimented each other very well.
After eating, we spoke with the owner/chef a bit. She is super kind! She even showed us the photo on her phone of the freshly caught mahi mahi she used to cook our food.
Price is exceptional, food is delicious, and portions of food are great!

She cooks fresh and she uses homemade coconut oil ( can tell from the flavor and small)
