A true local jewel with authenticity and amazing Balanise food. The only thing better than the hospitality is the authentic food! This is the second time this week we have eaten here and I apologize for lacking photos of food. Warung Sama Cafe not only has the most delicious authentic food, but the sweetest manager Wayan will make you feel at home and provide the best local comfort food you can imagine. Even better than the best in town. All the food is magnificent, the Balinese taste is excellent and the service is gentle with a friendly touch.

We had the vegetarian curry and the nasi + nassas. I changed the nasi for nasi goreng and that made it for me.

We finished with the Klepon a Balinese cake with palm suger and coconut on top of it. It was warm and the taste exploded in your mouth.

We had a few other restaurants but this one is the very best in the town of Amed, all the locals take their take aways and join it at home.

Sama Cafe is just brilliant. Good food at a reasonable price. The best part of a visit to his Warung and or Shop next door is the friendly service from Sama, his staff and his wonderful young son Komang. Good food cooked hygienically, several visits without so much as a rumble, with a welcom and service you'll rarely find in Australia. Could not recommend more highly.
