Don't know if it was a bad day but both us and the other table (see previous review) complained about the food. We ordered: -noodle soup: it came with maggi (packaged noodles which are very unhealthy) and no veggies or broth, basically noodles in water -veggie wrap: was ok -veggie curry: very tasty but few carrots and lots of potatoes, nothing else -bolognese spaghetti (cause we couldn't eat the noodle soup): and they served 500gr of spaghetti with 2 spoons of tomatoes sauce and cheese. When we mixed it up it turned out to be just very dry pasta. Left 3/4 of it.

So sorry to give a bad review but definitely won't come back. Atmosphere and service can also improve as it has very low energy and waitress seemed exhausted, even though only 2 tables to serve.

Papa John is on the wrong side of the fast boat pier. It's a road mostly used by taxis and vans making a quick getaway from the pier. So, it's not a surprise to find few diners in this warung or those nearby. The prices are moderate, so if you get fed up of expensive food on the promenade to the north of the fast boat jetty, you could get a decent meal here at half the price.
