Read moreWe went there to have take away food, after almost half an hour they gave us the order and when we said that we wanted to paid by card they told us that they only receive cash. We were really shocked because we didnât have much money and it was not written anywhere that they donât accept CC. Of course they didnât let us know before. Beside that, THEY CHARGE YOU 10% FOR TAKEAWAY FOODâŠâŠ.. So we said to them that we could only take some of the food with only the cash that we had. They said no because the food was already made and after that a nightmare. They were super rude, shouting and speaking in their language in front of us. We offered lot of solutions but they were not open to received them and they were mad because we didnât have a local bank (we are tourists). After being there like 30 more minutes with our food cold and with this uncomfortable situation, they called the owner and we finally did a transfer wise. In the meantime, everything was really disrespectful and we had to ask them plenty of times to speak English in front of us. Worst experience in Indonesia, thank God we know that this is not an usual thing to happen in this...

Luckily we have been to many other places before to know that balinese people are lovely and really welcoming with tourists, BUT THIS PLACE IS NOT. We had lunch today and it was nice, even though a male of the staff was kind of rude and he was clearly gossiping about us. We came back for dinner and order to take away. When it was time to pay, they told us they only take cash and all customers knew it, but how are we supposed to know if it doesn't say it anywhere???? It was late so no money exchangers were opened and we offered to pay with everything we had and take only the food that we could afford. The girl and the rude guy kept on talking about us and making everything really hard (and they also charge you the service fee for take away orders). They told us we could transfer to the bank account of the restaurant with an Indonesian account, but OF COURSE WE DON'T HAVE ONE. After half an hour we could transfer them money with an app, but it was a super stressful moment and they were the rudest. I do not recommend this...
