Teras by Plataran Summarecon Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

Had a wonderful lunch at Teras by Plataran! The food was amazing—authentic Indonesian cuisine with rich, well-balanced flavors. I especially loved the meat texture and the way the bumbu was infused perfectly. Every dish felt truly special.

The ambiance was another highlight. The atmosphere, music, and overall vibe made the dining experience feel deeply Indonesian, which I really appreciated. It’s a great spot to bring guests who want to experience traditional flavors in a beautiful setting.

That said, I did notice a leaking ceiling in the right dining area with the nice window views. Considering the place has recently opened and been renovated, this was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because the restaurant itself has so much potential.

Foods are overpriced with little portion. You can find better taste with cheaper price somewhere else. Foods and drinks takes long time to be served. We needed to follow up multiple times, and they even asked us what were our order Waiters are not attentive, they were no standby person in our dining areas. And we needed to call them back and forth due to tissue is not available, they dont provide enough spoons and forks Good thing: reservation is easy and proactive with reconfirming the arrival and quick responses

Honestly with that price and household name like Plataran, we expected much more dining experiences and worthiness to be there. Wish they could improve all of these, in the mean time, for me personally it is not...

sorry but the food we ordered was not as expected. each menu is about Rp. 100-150k (tax exclusive), but every food that we had did not seem like a hundred thousand rupiah. some were bland, some were too salty, others did not have any special taste to be awarded a 150k meal. food presentation was top notch but did not pull through. place and ambience was also great. very disappointing. drinks were also expensive and had nothing special. different from other restaurants from Plataran group. service was okay, all staff was polite.
