I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shaburi Kintan in Summarecon Mall Serpong, and it was an outstanding experience! The all-you-can-eat concept here is a food lover's dream.

The variety of meats and fresh ingredients was impressive, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, ensuring our grills were always sizzling.

The broth and dipping sauces were flavorful, and the meat quality was excellent.

Sorry Kintan SMS, i lower my rating. 2 kali terakhir makan disana efek di lambung nggak bagus. Padahal biasanya aman2 aja mau dicabang manapun termasuk SMS. Pas kuperhatiin lagi ini daging tasty beef nya beda dari biasanya. Dulu marbling daging & lemaknya itu seimbang. Tapi ini bisa dilihat difoto kesannya saya cuma makan lemak aja. Hampir semua potongan tasty beef terlalu besar/tebal lemaknya dan gak seimbang sama dagingnya. Mungkin potongan seperti ini kurang cocok buat lambung saya.

Yang ke-2, kita datang jam 8 lewat. Skeptis udah last order, ternyata masih bisa masuk. Tapi lihat buffet flow nya udah stop. Banyak yang kosong. Mungkin diatas jam 8 sudah stop refill ya untuk buffet? Saran saya kalo flow buffet udah stop, gausah terima customer baru. Beneran saya bingung mau ambil apa karena favorit saya hampir habis semua. Alhasil saya cuma kenyangin pake daging yang terlalu banyak lemak.

Dan menu buffet kintan yang shrimp mayonnaise itu juga udah discontinued ya? Sayang banget padahal itu enak buat cocolan daging. Biasanya saya sebelum ambil buffet lain, udah buru2 ambil menu ini karena cepet habis dan jarang di refill. Tapi menu friend baru cream coquette nya enak!!

Lastly, di store masih lumayan packed banyak orang makan, tapi buffet udah dimasukin satu satu. Saya tinggal 10 detik buat taro gelas ke meja, mau lanjut ambil dessert tapi toppingnya udah dimasukin ke kitchen. Bete aja gitu.

Jadi personally untuk saya ada beberapa downgrade di cabang SMS ini. Tapi service langsung dari workernya terhadap saya beneran over the top! Sampe ada yang inget sama saya dan keluarga karena lumayan sering dine-in disini. 😅 Di sisi lain walaupun service servant bagus, tapi kalau makanannya seperti yang saya sebutin diatas, sepertinya i have to refrain from eating there for the...
