Amazing service & crisis management. Came here twice in a week. First time I had the lunch deal (free rice + salad + soup) with the classic hamburg. The food quality was really good that I went again the next day with my friends (large party if 9). Due to the dinner rush hour, they messed up a bit of my friend’s order (the extra cheese never came, the steak came out medium well instead of medium, and the nanban chicken sauce came mixed when we ordered it to be separated). They forgot to take out the cheese order from the bill and we ended up getting charged for it, since the person paying didn’t check properly. My friend sent them a complaint via WA and their admin quickly apologized. A few days after, they contacted my friend again to send her a complimentary meal & returned the Rp 25.000 extra charge from the cheese. Amazing service, you have gained a loyal customer!...

We have been reading about reviews for Ishigamaya Hamburg and have been meaning to try it. When we first arrived at the restaurant the waitress are very polite and welcoming. The ambiance is very nice and cozy. Food selection is quite large, besides beef hamburg they have steaks, salmon and chicken. Drinks selection is also plentiful. Feels like being in Japan. We tried the hamburg beef and steaks, very juicy and tasty. For side dishes we ordered ratatouille and sautéed mushrooms, very good nice. We would recommend our friends to come here.
