Pizza Hut Ristorante - Summarecon Mall Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

I ordered Puff Pastry Mushroom Cream Soup (redeemed 25 slices of Pizza Points—free appetizer yay), Salad, Pasta Con Bistecca, and Black Lava (Choco Lava Cake) [the pictures are in order].

Among them all, my favorite is the puff pastry soup. It is best eaten while the pastry's crispy and the soup's warm. It's one of my comfort food. Somehow, eating this makes me feel anemoia—nostalgia for a time you've never known.

Salad. I'd say a bowl of salad of your own liking for 35k is definitely worth it. You have many options: eggs, beans, fruits, to jellies. You can also top it with your favorite sauce. Fyi, this special price is only available from 11 AM to 2 PM.

Pasta Con Bistecca. To be honest, the pasta here isn't to my liking flavorwise. The beef was fine for me, but it might be hard to chew for people with weak teeth or jaw. It was okay though!

Black Lava. It's real lava cake guys, not one of the lava-cake-wannabes (where the cake doesn't have 'lava'). It's accompanied with chocolate ice cream (with cookies). The ice cream was good, I didn't get to take its pic haha. The lava cake was so chocolatey. For people who love choco, good for you. For those who don't, don't eat this too often.

The place is cozy (it feels like home when there isn't any kids around), and the staff's friendly too (I'm kinda a regular here).

Childhood pizza and pasta place right here 👶🍕🍝 This particular branch had a promo of 50% discount on the last hour before closing for particular pizza flavors so we went ahead and ordered one pan of regular Meat Lovers pizza to eat outdoors. The pizza tasted like childhood, just as good as I remembered. We ate it immediately so it was piping hot, and the cheese was melty but nowhere near enough to create a cheese pull 🧀 The sausages were generous and the tomato sauce tasted like the canned stuff 🥫 The soft cheese stuffed inside the crust was really good too, but again, no cheese pull.

Now, if you ask if this "Ristorante" is authentic Italian food, an eavesdropping Italian would probably be outraged, spiking their blood pressure. Probably, all the while screaming that it's nowhere near close to being authentic, too. So... authentic 🇮🇹? Huge no 🙅‍♀️ Good food? Literally can't say no! 🤤🤭 But this pizza literally made up my childhood, so it's really hard for me to be unbiased here 😂

Needless to say, it was a delightfully sinful late night bite, super inpromptu and unplanned. No regrets, though. Job well done even at a 50% discount. Hope you keep...

Kemarin sore kami dine-in di resto pizza hut SMS Gading Serpong mengalami pelayanan yg buruk dari staf wanita bernama "Dilah".

Dari awal memberikan menu, kami ingin langsung memesan karena sdh tahu apa yg ingin dipesan, staf tersebut bilang di-scan aja pak, saya bilang langsung order saja, mulai dari situ spt tidak enak (memang kenapa klo mau langsung order, toh QR code itu saya coba scan jg, bukan berupa link yg bisa diklik, hanya kode saja, dimana kita harus download dl app pizza hutnya), trus karena kami ingin potato wedges tsb. dipanggang bukan di goreng, jadi saya info 2x ke pegawai tsb untuk memastikan agar benar dipanggang. (Terlihat raut muka yg tdk senang, diberi info catatan tsb.)

** Sebagai informasi, Pizza Hut SMS itu sdh yg Premium, jadi katanya potato wedgesnya digoreng, bukan di panggang, namun waktu saya tanya ke kasir, dia bilang bs request di panggang.

Setelah staf tsb pergi, dan input order, tidak lama dia mengantarkan alat makan (piring,garpu,pisau pizza), diletakkan dengan kasar di meja, dgn bunyi benturan antara piring/pisau/garpu yg cukup keras. Pelayanan spt inikah "Dilah" ?

Setelah selesai makan, saya minta tisu ke staf tsb, "Mba, minta tisu ya", dan dia hanya diam saja, tidak ada ngomong sepatah apapun dan jg body languagenya seperti cuek, tidak mengangguk atau apapun. Pelayanan spt inikah "Dilah" ?

Jika memang tidak niat/mau kerja, lebih baik tidak perlu bekerja, bisnis sendiri saja.
