Solaria - Summarecon Mall Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

I work in hospitality myself, so I know how important good service is, which is why I was super shocked by the attitude of the waitress at Solaria. The food was average at best, but what really ruined the experience was how the waitress handled a simple request. I came with my family, and after ordering a numbers of dishes, we realized the seating was cramped. I politely asked if I could move a chair, and instead of helping or even just explaining why not, she raised her voice at me. Like, really? Even security could have responded more nicely and polite.

For a restaurant that’s not exactly cheap, the customer service was a huge letdown👎🏼

Please do some level up, not just price and tax, but hospitality...

Not recomended for service especially for food. They don't know how to maintain quality when the order is crowded. They also dare to serve the food cold even the dishes is cooking after we ordered. I wait long for the food but after they serve it is very disapointed. I hope the management can do much more to train the employee for a better serving. Very very...

Ini pertama kalinya makan di solaria sms setelah sekian lama. Mungkin setelah beberapa tahun. Agak jauh dari rumah, jadi yaa biasanya makan solaria deket rumah aja..

Kali ini pesen i fu mie seafood untuk main coursenya. Sebelumnya udah pernah makan menu yang sama di tempat lain, tapi di sini kalau menurutku agak lebih hambar dibanding outlet lain. Satu hal yang disayangkan, aku bingung bedanya i fu mie seafood sama i fu mie biasa itu apa yaa karena sama sekali enggak ada cumi, udang, atau apapun yang menandakan bahwa itu mengandung seafood selain bakso ikannya (lupa klo i fu mie biasa pake bakso ikan atau engga).

Terus aku juga pesen fuyunghai, untuk fuyunghainya sausnya agak pelit, ga kena semua gitu, jadi kaya cuma di tengah-tengah aja sedikit doang. Ada capcaynya juga. Tapi untungnya fuyunghai nya enak. Cuma ya agak kurang ajaa gitu kalau sausnya engga banyak.

Untuk siomay gorengnya, enak seperti biasa. Sausnya juga enak.

Untuk pelayanan responsif dan cepat. Penyajian makanannya juga tergolong cepat walau datang di jam sibuk. Karyawannya ramah dan helpfull...
