This restaurant and bar has a spectacular location. Amazing views of Bali island, Denpasar airport, GWK statue. On clear days you can see Mount Agung and Mount Batur. I ate breakfast here for 5 days and the views and colors of the sky change each day based on the weather. I highly recommend sitting outside. Chef Mahesha and his team make a tasty breakfast. Indonesian and continental fare. We loved the pancakes and Nasi foods. Love the various sauces and spices. Their team of people including Nuvi, Amelia, Julia and Suhaan go out of their way to make you feel at home and keep coming back. The night view is even...

I'm staying at this hotel for five nights. The breakfast is top-notch. It surpasses other hotels in this price range, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The lunch and dinner a la carte options are also excellent.

But the staff, including the manager, NOVI, are incredibly kind. I've traveled overseas well over 100 times, and of all the hotel breakfasts I've been to, this one is the friendliest. It's even friendlier than a Japanese ryokan. It's truly the epitome of hospitality.

Thanks to NOVI and the friendly staff, my impression of Bali has improved. Thank you.

During the meal, several staff members stopped by to greet me and ask if I needed anything. They even gave me a name and a greeting. After I finished, six or seven staff members greeted me and asked if I enjoyed the meal and if anything was missing. It was amazing.

The Evolution restaurant here is amazing. If I ever return to Bali, I'll definitely be back at Four Points by Sheraton Ungasan.

근데 매니저 NOVI 를 비롯해서 직원들이 진짜 말도안되게 친절하다 해외를 100번은 훨씬넘게 가봤는데 가본 호텔조식당중 이곳이 가장친절함 일본 료칸보다 친절한듯 진짜 친절함 끝판왕인듯

Novi와 친절한직원들 덕분에 발리에 대한 인상이 더좋아졌네요 고마워요

식사중간중간에 인사하며 필요한건 없냐고 여러직원들이 와서 이름이야기해주고 인사하고 끝내고 나가는데 직원 6명 7명이 다 인사해주고 식사잘했는지 부족함없는지 물어봐주는데 대단하다

여기 에볼루션 레스토랑 대단한곳 이다 여기때문에 조만간 발리를 온다면 한번더 포포인츠쉐라톤...
