i must say, i was totally taken aback by our 1st experience and definitely our last.
we were seated at a table near a window that was missing the window itself. wind was blowing very strong. the waiter said "yes the wind is very strong". they actually had other vacant table but was piled up with dirty dishes left by other guests. logically you would clean that up and sit the guests there, no?
toilet is the mirror of the outlet. it was not clean, the toilet could not be flushed bcs the water was not running into the tank. it was quite messy i must say.
when handing out menu, normally, waiter would inform you which items are sold out, right? so guests don't consider that menu to order. After reading the menu and weighing options, i told the waiter that i wanted chicken lemon. waiter said "no more". fine. I changed to pizza. After 15 min, waiter came back and said, no more pizza. i was so disappointed and decided not to order anything. only my son. clearly, if the manager or pic approached this guests and give solutions, the disappointment would be lessen.
there was a puddle of water in the seating area. i know it's busy, but guest safety should come first regardless. they shouldn't just ignore it.
the meat on the burger was not fresh. it tasted like old socks. talking about quality and quality control. the tomato was not fresh either.
a total disappointment on how they manage the restaurant.
and ... it's not cheap!!! was not expecting this kind of service...
Read moreI’ve been coming to Nourish almost every day over the past month since it’s close to my place, and it truly became the highlight of my mornings. The atmosphere here is always so welcoming and positive — the staff are absolutely incredible: always full of energy, smiling, and genuinely kind. I especially loved the scrambled eggs with butter, and they also serve great coffee. The little homemade oat cookies that come with the coffee are such a thoughtful touch — small details like that really make a difference.
I have to give a special mention to Novik. She always remembered my order (even when I made little changes) and somehow got it perfect every time. You can tell she truly loves what she does — she brings such genuine, kind energy to the place and made every visit feel personal and special.
I’ll really miss coming here...
Read moreHad some pizza and Western-style dishes here, guys! This place is a favorite among expats – most of the crowd hanging out here are foreigners. From the parking guy to the waiters, everyone’s super friendly. We came during happy hour where you get a free pizza when you buy one, so we ordered the BBQ Chicken and Beef pizzas. Also tried the affogato coffee and lime soda, plus couldn’t resist the almond croissant – everything tasted pretty good!
They give out free water, so make sure to try their smoothies too. The vibe is nice, even without AC it still feels cool. I bet it’s even better at night.
The affogato’s ice cream was a bit underwhelming, and the BBQ chicken pizza had a sweet taste that didn’t quite hit the spot. But overall, definitely recommended if you’re into...
