I visited this place recently with my wife, and I must say the sambal here is truly exceptional. The flavors are rich, authentic, and really stood out to me. If you’re someone who loves sambal, this place definitely delivers on that front. However, while the food itself was a highlight, I have to say the overall experience left something to be desired.

Firstly, the service was noticeably slow. I understand that some delays can happen during busy times, but the wait time felt excessive and ended up making the experience less enjoyable. It would be great if the staff could work on improving the efficiency of their service to ensure that customers don’t feel frustrated while waiting for their orders.

The biggest disappointment, though, was the condition of the restroom. It was very dirty and appeared to have been neglected for some time. Restrooms are such an important part of maintaining a good standard of hygiene in any establishment, and the state of this one made me feel quite uncomfortable and even a bit disgusted. As a customer, it’s something I take seriously because it reflects the overall cleanliness and care of the business.

I would strongly recommend that the management prioritizes cleaning and maintaining the restroom facilities regularly. This simple step could make a significant difference in how customers perceive the place. It’s unfortunate because the food itself was wonderful, and I believe with some improvements to the service and cleanliness, this place could be truly great. I hope the feedback is taken into consideration, as I would love to return for the amazing sambal but in a better overall environment

This time, I had to wait for an entire hour, yet my food never arrived. I was left sitting there, wondering what was taking so long, with no explanation or update from the staff. When my food finally came, it was completely burnt! It was clear that they rushed to prepare it after I complained about the excessive wait time. This was extremely disappointing, as I believe that no customer should have to go through such an experience. A restaurant should maintain consistency in both food quality and service, regardless of the situation. Sadly, this visit has completely changed my perception...

I was in the Ungasan area, because I was hungry I stopped at this waroeng. I took a place on the 2nd floor, the room was quite spacious, but dirty, the floor of the seating area was dirty (looks like they never clean), the sink was dirty (like never cleaned it), the employee only came once to give me the order paper after that it disappeared, was called 3 times and didn't come, until I had to go downstairs. The order was quite fast (there were several menus that I ordered). The rice is cold, the jengkol looks like it's stale, the grilled tofu is very dry (like eating crackers). I ordered additional chicken skin, it's came was burnt chicken skin!. There are several menus that taste delicious, such as delicious spicy pete sauce, fried squid in flour. I know all places have pluses and minuses. Hopefully the owner will pay attention and the bussiness can continue to progress and...
