I had an exceptional dining experience at Kubu Cafe in Seminyak. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Eggs Benedict. Perfectly poached eggs sat atop a bed of fresh, crisp sourdough, complemented by a rich and velvety hollandaise sauce that had just the right balance of tang and creaminess.
