1++++ 30 June Service can be really bad, with small-minded bad behaviour/reactions (orang orang bisa jahat) . I just had a terrible experience (30 June) as the bill seemed to be not correct (confusion and overcharged), and for the first time, I forgot my wallet. They did not trust me that I would come back and pay, I propose to let my charger and cables, they turn it down the offer in a aggressive way and then I even propose to leave my laptop. This was really insane. This could have turned very bad without the help of a nice lady. I reimbursed her twice the price of the coffee later for her kindness. About this place, the service behind a smile, and Terimakhasi, there are small-minded and wicked people. I do NOT recommend the place. The internet is bad (because or download less than 0.15 or instable and a better upload). The coffee is ok. 3 ++++ 05/07 replying to the manager message 1 and 2 OK, I asked for an explanation as it was not clear, and I was about to pay. 3 OK I was about to pay 1 & 2 above. As said clearly, I never used this system. I tried, and I could not use it, unfortunately (it does not work on my phone/sim). 4 You mean that the waiters pay from their own salary for ANY misbehaviour of customers. I heard about it afterwards, this explains why it went too far. This does not explain why I could not leave my laptop as a guarantee. I came back and reimbursed the lady twice the price of the coffee (why ?)
What you call local customs; others can see clearly social abuse. Can somebody drive an SUV between his villa and his businesses, then requiring his waiters to pay for anything that may be lost even if there is no professional mistake, then talks shamelessly about local customs? knowing that now, I really feel very sorry for the waiters and upset about not having let it go myself and ashamed about you, the coffee manager. Conclusion: This local social abuse put some...

Read moreFood was delicious! Stopped in randomly cause it looked like a nice chill vibe as my teenagers and I were walking passed, and we were happy we did! The service was 5 star, super friendly and the food matched!! We has the chicken spring rolls for entree and they were fresh and piping hot and delicious. I had the prawn spaghetti which I inhaled within seconds lol. The teenagers had the ribs, fish and chips and the cordon blue and they ate EVERYTHING! The juices were refreshing and I even had an avocado toast on the side cause the breaky menu is available all day! For dessert, I tried the lava cake. If you expect lava in the middle you may get a shock cause there's none. It was more like a chocolate sponge cake, but it was still delicious. All of this for the price we paid is the type of bargain you want when you come to Bali! We left feeling like we got a steal! Highly...
