I recently visited Bloom Seminyak and tried their chicken quesadillas and cocktail pitcher. The quesadillas were flavorful with tender, juicy chicken, perfectly paired with melted cheese and a crispy, golden tortilla. The portion was generous, and the accompanying salsa and sour cream added a nice balance of freshness and tang.

As for the cocktail pitcher, it was a highlight of the evening. Served in a large, sharing-sized pitcher, the cocktail was well-mixed, refreshing, and packed with vibrant flavors. It was the perfect drink for sipping while relaxing with friends or enjoying the lively atmosphere of Seminyak.

We visited as a party of 7 while staying in Seminyak based on good reviews. The service was good and the staff were attentive. They offered a complimentary drink and a birthday dessert, as it was our friends birthday - these were very much appreciated. I can not fault the staff for their kindness and service. However… we were sat down the back of the restaurant in the outdoor area. While we were there we saw 2 rats running around. However we thought this was okay, as the kitchen door was closing firmly behind the staff. Unfortunately, that night two of our party were sick, both vomited. The next day another person was unwell with stomach issues - this continued for her for a week, putting a huge dampener on the holiday and eventually requiring costly medical intervention to rectify the situation. I would not recommend eating here...
