Ta Wan - Mal Bali Galeria — Restaurant in Kuta

We ate here fee times couple years ago and back today. When we order the same food chicken kungpao unfortunately the portion is reduced and small than usual. No chili display on the table maybe they want to reduce some cost. Aircon does not really work so the atmosphere is super hot there. The staff is not friendly at all very straight forward to take order without smile. No repeat order, male staff only one there. I ordered nasi goreng ayam and takes about 50 mins until the other food is finished. The chopstick was so cheap material and the paper straw was break so cant used properly. We can ask more but decided not to. As we see that all the service and the quality is not good anymore there. The resto was always full and only 3 staffs there. Food was bad. It is not even that crowded today. 40 mins for the tea to be served. Almosy an hour for the soup. I have to walked back to the kitchen area and asked for the rice. The duck was okay, but it took to long to serve that we have been so angry. The hakau dimsum comes about an hour after we ordered, with the wrap that is so puffy, that anyone who had eaten dimsum, will not excep it. It is practically soggy and puffy wrapper that is BADLY made.return it back to the kitchen. It is just intolerable. Dont even attempt to sell dimsum if the kitchen is not capable to serve a decent one. Not to mention eating in the restaurant but feels like eating in warung with no aircond. I sat on the table number 3, we kindly wait because we knew the restaurant was so hectic during rush hour at around 8 pm today. The food is absolutely great, we had a delicious dinner but the staff’s service was so rude to the moment I reminded her about our drinks that havent served yet but she yelled at me “still on process” and didn’t even look at me. I knew she was on rush hour but please kindly remind to all staff to be friendly and answer politely to the customers.
