This place and specifically this location constantly have the worst slowest customer service I have ever seen in any restaurant in Bali. They lack basic customer service skills. Basic , I mean very basic caring about customer. I do mean the bare minimum any human being can expect . It’s totally normal for them to leave you waiting for 30 minutes without a menu. It’s also totally normal for them to give you the menu and disappear for 20 minutes while you literally see them inside playing in their phone . It’s also totally normal to deliver appetizer after you finish your meal and ready to pay and go. It’s also the normal to get food in 2 separate times 20 minutes apart if you are coming with some one . Everything they do makes absolutely no sense and everything they do repeatedly show a total ignorance from the company and management . Even when you order expect to wait 20-30 minutes for the first order only . I’m surprised they are still in business. This happen every time I visit this location, 4 times so far . These companies should be illegal to operate anywhere with this level of carelessness and clear obvious sign of total lack of any management or training . Writing this message 24 minutes since I been handed the menu with only 3 customers in the...
Read moreThe ramen is small and doesn't taste very good. Well, the miso broth is okay but the toppings and everything else in it wasn't very good, especially the noodles. Kind of chewy in a way. And I ordered a gyoza set with it, but of course they forgot to serve it to me. I was going to say something to them, but I thought it was coming out soon. Like I said, the ramen was so small that I finished it quickly and no one ever brought the rest of the order anyway. That's like three restaurants in a row that have made some kind of mistake with my order. It's me - I'm the reason - I'm not being insecure. I know it's something about me that causes restaurants/servers to make mistakes and get my order wrong. Why do I bring incompetence...
Read moreI recently visited this place and ordered the classic ramen and a couple of gyoza. The service was at a typical good level - everything was as expected, not bad and fairly quick.
The ramen was flavorful and satisfying, with a rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles, but nothing extraordinary. The gyoza were delicious and nicely prepared, though not exceptionally memorable.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with good service and decent food. I would recommend this spot for anyone craving some classic ramen and gyoza, as long as you’re not expecting an outstanding...
