Lovely place to stop in for a bite to eat. We wanted to venture off from our hostel and check out what was around us, when we stumbled upon Gloria Noodle. This restaurant has many different things to choose from and something for everyone. We were greeted and seated very quicky, we were served water and check out the menu. There were so many different things to choose from like, noodles, rice, veggies, chicken, frog, fish and tons more. The portion sizes were quite decent. I was unable to finish my noodles but they were so tasty. We also go the fried chicken to try and it was enough to feed the whole table. I wish I got a photo of it but we dove right in when the plate touched the table. We really enjoyed our visit here, the staff were so nice and accommodating, patient and let us enjoy our lunch. Overtime the restaurant got busier and busier so I feel like that is always a good indication that the food is good. I wish we could have come back to try more different items off the menu. If you are ever in Malang, I would highly recommended stopping in and seeing what you can find at...
Read moreThis resto is specializes in chinese food, and some of their menus are using pork as ingredients. Yesterday I went there and ordered song mie (aka pangsit mie ayam jamur), beef stew hotplate (aka hotplate daging sapi), fuyunghai, and fish fillet and tofu cooked in taosi sauce (ikan masak taosi). Overall it taste good, but not special, the broth of my song mie is made of pork, and it strongly smelled pork, thus I didn't like it. The beef stew is served with potato wedges and stir in sauce that taste like a combination of BBQ sauce & saus Inggris. The fuyunghai is quite good, but I didn't find any crab meat inside, just vegetables. And it a little bit small portion. The taosi, actually it's not my fave menu, but for you who like seafood, ot taste pretty good, but I hope they'll give us more fish fillet instead of loads of tofu 😂 and I found a few of fish bone inside the...
Read more🥢 One of the best places for authentic Chinese cuisine in Malang. I've been dining here since I was a kid, and the quality and taste have remained consistently excellent over the years. In my opinion, some must-try dishes include Gloria Noodles, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Cap Cay Rice, and Pigeon Meat (Burung Dara). They also offer frozen food, perfect for a quick home-cooked meal.
📌 The restaurant operates both at lunchtime and dinner, with a break in between during weekdays. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, and parking may be a bit challenging due to limited street spots across the road. Btw, they also offer delivery service.
📝 Note: Some dishes have non-pork options available
