HAB.BIT Eatery Coffee And Beer — Restaurant in Malang

I was here in july 2022. So hopefully the service already better.

I like the vibe, the food was okay.. but one thing made me uncomfortable was the server.

No greet and no smile at all since I came until I leave. And I came here at 12.00 AM so no excuse like "he was tired of working or what" the restaurant had just opened. And the only customer was me and my friend

We was sitting inside (the cottage?) area, then we order food. The food came and this server said we only had 30 minutes to finish the food because (the cottage) area had been reserved.

Then he leave us, did not offer us to move to other area. Like come on, where is your hospitality? If that place is already reserved you guys better give some notice before we seat or before we order and offer us to seat somewhere else, how did we know that place already reserved.. The cashier was kind though, just the server...

This place's atmosphere is somewhat old, it is placed on a formerly old building that has been renovated so it kinda maintains it's old feeling and woodwork.It has about 5 rooms or would you call it spaces which varies it table types and architectural design.The food is designed after a skandavian style of cuisines and there's one and two dishes that are just derived from pop culture likings about the area.The dishes I ate are the chicken parmagiana, fish fingers and the tuna spaghetti.The chicken parmagiana is one of the really nice dishes with generous amounts of mozarella but some of the parts is kinda hard to chew and rough, the tuna spaghetti comes with about 7 pieces of roasted tuna pieces the size of a coin.I on a scale one to ten I would rate the restaurant an 8.21 it's pretty good but the night ambiance is better so I would advise you to...

I hate to be the one to write this review about a really cool and unique restaurant like this but unfortunately I have to after what we experienced with our food. My fiancée order the creamy pasta and strawberry kiwi smoothie and I order a salad and kiwi smoothie. my fiancée found “maggots” in her creamy pasta. I should of took a picture but we both were in complete shock. I don’t think we will come back after that which really sucks because this place is so unique with so much potential.
