Kaizen All You Can Eat BBQ Grill & Shabu-Shabu — Restaurant in Malang

A highly recommended all-u-can-eat restaurant in Malang! 135K each person is considered worth your money! 90 mins limit to me is more than enough. The 120 mins option is also available but you will pay higher.

A little note for you who have ZERO experience in cooking: COOK YOUR FOOD PROPERLY!! Do NOT blame Kaizen if you suffer food poisoning!! If you have no idea how to cook, ask your friends, nearby employee or your damned smartphone :)

Love the ambience and adjustment. All dishes are placed accordingly and neat. They also follow the food safety and hygiene protocols. I can say 97% food here are edible and safe.

Now.. the 3%.. these aren't edible cuz some are either rotten or uncleaned properly.

My 1st issue is the sliced pineapples. They were very mushy and produced weird flavour. This happened on 14th Feb 2022.

Secondly, the main course section on 14th Feb 2022. Most food were left opened to air. French Fries were soggy. Fried rice were too dry. Each tray has its lid and what does lid do? Why do you guys install the lid if it's not gonna ever used?

Thirdly, the prawns on 28th Feb 2022. Maybe your kitchen hands were too lazy to clean the prawns' st or didn't know where it is. It's on their head. If you see orange gooey on their head, it's the st. Not poisonous but doesnt mean people have to eat it and you must not serve animal dung to public. Dirty and very lazybumps👎

honestly i didnt wanna leave such review considering it could be just my personal experience. came here to eat lunch with my friend, i already got a bad feeling but since we already paid we decided to just eat.

after we went home, seems like we got food poisoning (i went to doctor and they said there might be a possibility as well) it was my second visit, i wasnt very happy with my first visit but i thought it was only because it was cramped, but on my second visit- it’s worse. i should’ve seen this coming considering i’ve seen some flies in their buffet and the staff just ignored it. i dont know what was causing it but it seems like the shrimp was not fresh, or the meat, i dont know. i feel like their buffet taste the same with 99k buffet and the circulation was pretty bad as well. me and my friend got a pretty bad fever at the same time, our stomach was in a pretty awful condition as well. i don’t wanna just blindly accuse the ayce for this, but it was pretty much what i ate despite our bfast since we went there for lunch. i only re-visit here for the 2nd time since there is not much ayce option in malang plus this one is new, would never come back again. i tried a lot of ayces from cheap ones to expensive ones and i never experienced such...

Hallo Kaizen. Pertama kali nyoba AYCE di Malang. Gak begitu expect berlebihan biar ndak kecewa. Masuk dengan prokes, cuci tangan masker always + peduli lindungi. Kesana pas hari minggu bertepatan dengan libur nataru, jadi ya rrrame. Mau reservasi udah mepet, karena kalau reservasi maksimal 4 dari kedatangan. Yaudah kita on the spot aja bismilllah dapat tempat, ternyata yg indoor full dong. Daripada muter2 cari ayce yang lain, akhirnya yaudah outdoor. Kayak diteras tertutup gitu tapi nyaman ada ACnya. Per orang nett include pajak 150k. Staff helpful & ramah. Kompor listrik ada 2 tungku, satu untuk grill satunya untuk kuah dengan 2 rasa. Peralatan lengkap higienis. Daaaan saatnya happy tummy. Untuk saya sekeluarga itu kalau AYCE kami fokuskan ke beefnya 😁 sama varian menu. Beefnya satu varian wagyu saja, marinate black peper & satunya original. Lain2 seperti ayam, seafood lumayan lengkap + sausnya. Mereka ngasih keterangannya cukup jelas, jadi buat yang mau ngambil gak perlu kebatinan ini apa ya itu apa ya. Lain2, menu buffey, sushi corner, shabu & suki corner, sayur (selada, sawi putih, pokcoy, ayam dibentuk sate + bawang bombay blablabla) geser ke sudut dessert, ada aneka minuman panas & dingin. Meja tengah buah2an untuk rujak, es buah, aneka cake, marshmello, salad sayur.

First impression... Exellent hospitality!!! Staf ramah & helpfull. Yang bikin nyaman lagi staffnya gak ngliatiin pengunjung, perhatikan sajiannya aja jng pengunjungnya (kecuali kalau bingung butuh bantuan) hehehe ada laah ya pengalaman disuatu ayce. Jadi sungkan mau ngambil bolak balik (lha emang konsepnya Ayce masa mau kyak kondangan sekali ambil trs diem dimeja nunggu salaman sama penganten 😂) kami kesana bayar gak minta gratisan.

Dan yang bikin bahagia lagi, beefnya selalu direffil full dong.... Gak pernah terlihat kosong 🥰 the real ayce beef hura hura 😅🤤😅 bakal balik sih insyaa Allah.
