Beautifully designed place. Pathetic service. They forgot our order and we were told that the server went home and forgot to convey our order to the kitchen but conveyed it to the cashier. They had an option to order by scanning a QR code which leads you to a WhatsApp that is not responsive. After waiting for 30 minutes or so, we asked them how long more would it be only to find out that they are unaware of our order. We ordered a veg ham pizza and a spaghetti aglio olio, that finally arrived after an hour of waiting time when the restaurant was practically empty. The food was good, though. But then again, at the time of payment they overcharged us for 2 pizzas and we had to ask them to correct the bill. Either the staff is highly underpaid or they're just exhausted out of their minds since there were no apologies whatsoever either.
