Bendito Megamas — Restaurant in Manado

This cafè located in Megamas Manado. It is a place for hang out with friends or family because of its cozy and modern look. They also have a plenty selection of menus for food and beverage. They have a very nice non alcohol mojito. Mojito lychee to be precise. They also have a nice drink called manggo float. I really enjoyed my drinks and my time. But the food on the other hand I didn't enjoy it at all. I was ordered chicken katsu and tuna bbq. For the chicken katsu it was dry and to many breadcrumbs for the coating. I also have a problem with the sauce it taste like a marmalade or mandarin sauce and it was too sour for my tastebud. For the tuna well they just put BBQ sauce from a can and I can taste it. I haven't tried the other menu but for those 2 I would never order those things again. For the price range is reasonable from Rp. 15K - Rp. 35K. For that matter I didn't have a pleasant experience with my food. I hope they can enhance the flavour and do not use...

Makanannya enak, .. Tapi saya ada saran masukan pengalaman saya mkan tdi. Oia ini bukn komplain tapi agar jadi bahan pembelajaran agar servis ke customer lebih d perhatikan oleh staff. Makanan yg saya pesan 2 menu mkanan, tapi yg 1 menunya dtgnya agak lama sekitar 1 jam. Nah dsitu seharusnya staffnya info ke customer klo mmng ada menu yg terlambat keluar ato msalah teknis lainya, tamu pasti akan mngerti klo di jelaskan dari awal klo mmng lama mkanan keluar, supaya tamu bisa mengganti dengan menu lainya. Jadi itu sih harus lebih care sama tamu ,harus ada rasa empati. Jgn takut untuk menjelaskan dari pada tamu menunggu tanpa penjelasan. Servis itu nomor 1 dalam usaha apapun. Kiranya d trima masukan saya agar bisa lebih baik lagi dan lebih memperhatikan customer. Ayam bumbu rw nya enak itu yg bikin saya sabar...
