I ordered the Grill Premium Beef (The most expensive course) but..

Cannot really taste the meat because it was drenched in blood.

They forgot to bring out some of the meat that was supposed to be included in the plan (my first time eating there so I didn’t know what kind of meat there were and the staff already took the menu)

Lots of stuff missing (I don’t know what were they, but there were some empty plates/containers

There’s no ventilation, only AC and fan so it was hot.

Saw someone sweeping on the floor near the bowl and plate rack (it was an opened section on the bottom part of the counter and no glass or separator to protect from the dust from sweeping)

There were lots of staff, yet so many dirty/uncleaned tables.

Kimchi on a plate in the same refrigerator with no cover or separator with raw meat.

Asked for meat saikoro, they brought fat saikoro.

Didn’t tell or remind us of last order/remaining time, they only came to us saying “actually the time is already up but we’ll give you extra 3 minutes” out of no where, just 15 mins after they brought out the saikoro meat that they forgot in the first place.

Rude service, no caring at all. My family and I went to the cashier, but then the cashier staff told us to go back and pick up the bill like we weren’t customers.

Gave my credit card to pay then the staff just throw on the cashier desk (I know for sure in Indonesia, when giving back credit card, the staff usually hand it back, not “throw” it) As I was commenting on the meat, the staff just looked away and didn’t reply.

Ordered 2 ramyuns (different brands), they came out at the same time but the problem is the waitress didn’t know which one was which so we ourselves had to try and guess

One of the good places in Manado for halal all you can eat grill and shabu. At least im pretty sure its halal since theres no pork. Lots of varieties including sushi, es2an, salads, and deserts. After eating, they give each person free ice cream and also coins to play the claw machine. That really is a nice touch. Service good. Waiters nice. And love the overall theme of the place.

Update: If you choose the premium set, then don't take any of the black dish meat available in the fridge. Ask the waiters for the premium meat which comes in the white plate. Eat a lot of those ones. Also another tip: come in the day to afternoon. At night the ran out of certain dishes and certain...

We read the comments and had mixed feelings about trying the restaurant. But it is really that bad. First the service is strange some people are nice and some are just pissed and bored. Unfortunately less people are nice. The prices are higher than in the last picture (129.000 for the regular grill and 169.000 for the premium) and the quality of the food is actually bad. The vegetables didn't look fresh, the buffet was empty a lot. The music here is so loud that you couldn't talk normally to the person in front of you. All in all the quality isn't...
