SE7EN Lounge & Bar Mantos — Restaurant in Manado

My first time went to sa7en lounge and bar Ambience was nice They have outdoor and indoor seating It will be great if you come at sunset time I ordered some food and drink:i order salmon sambal matah,for me its great choice because with the price only 120k i get quite big portion when another resto make the price higher with standar size,nice plating too.i order pork ribs too(150k if im not mistaken),big size too and they cooked well.i order pizza pork lion(about 98 k/pan) for side dish,a bit dissapointed because when waiters serve our pizza already cold,i thougt you can improve that one because for me pizza will great taste when we ate it still hot.for drink i thought they have good one for hot chocolate,mocktail and leci beer. They have live music too,for me its standard and maybe your band can update their list song because when we ask for sing a song that popular now they even dont know that song,they have standar sound system.maybe the lighting great if you can upgrade. They have great service too...

Made reservation for 10+ people weeks in advance. A friend came 3 hours before the reservation time to confirm the table and they placed us in another guest's reservation table without us knowing and said it was our table.

When the other guest who reserved came, we were forced to leave the table eventhough we were all already seated. We stood up from the table expecting another table for us to move to but nothing was prepared and took them 30min to prepare a new table eventhough we had reserved weeks in advance.

In addition to all this, the place is so noisy with banging music, not recommended for people who are planning to have conversation and many food menu items are out of stock

Terrible experience and extremely impolite service. Not recommended for parties or events because of severe miscommunication and no initiative from staff.

Cozy and nice view outdoor and indoor lounge and bar. I think if you're going to take your special people to a fine place that has variety menus of Western food mix with Asian/Indonesian food then this place could be a good option. Today I was having a drink that called Avogato (which is quite good) and because it's not dinner time yet, so I didn't get a chance to taste their food (maybe next time) . If you're an Instagrammable's picture seeker, than this place surely for you, you'll have options to capture your photos both outside and inside. Just a suggestion for the building management is to put a direction sign that lead to the entrance of Se7en, I think it would be helpful and easier for the visitors to find...
