Amanaia Vimala Hills (Ex Talaga Sampireun) — Restaurant in Megamendung

A very popular restaurant in Vimalla Hills. We decided to go here instead of Saung Kuring in Megamendung because of the traffic jam. It was around 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoon and the place was still packed with people.

Booking process is quite good. You can book for saung which guarantee some spaces in between visitor (ample space) but there's minimum purchase. If i'm not mistaken, it's 500k pre-tax for 5 person type saung and maybe around 1,5 mio for 12 person and you will be given 2.5 hours. But for the seat type there's no minimal purchase and time is not limited.

The place is near Hellocenia Garden (i hope i mentioned that correctly) so you can enjoy the park while you wait. And the air was so delightful and it was breezy and cool around.

The food were great too. Sometimes, a good place with good view doesn't always serve good food. But here, i'd say the food is pretty good. Try the penyet and Sate Maranggi. The chilli of the penyet is really really good and the Sate Maranggi is flavorful and has a really great scent. The drinks are also worth the peny. Ordered the Honey Lemon Tea and they use real honey (it's very visible) not the kind that very easy to disolve under colder temperature.

This restaurant is in the Vimala Hills area, so you need to enter the gate and just go follow the way until the restaurant has been seen.

The place, food, and services: it has a very spacious parking space and a huge place for the restaurant itself with semi indoor concept (saung) and also outdoor in the umbrella beside the pond

when I came here for dinner, the ambience is cosy and calm without sound pollution caused by vehicles because this place is far away from the main road

of course, they provide a washbasin and toilet, and they have followed the health protocols

recommend if you come with a family which has more than 6 people because the desk is also available for a big family

the taste of the food, the portion and the services is quite good and worth trying, not so fast but not too long because some of the menus must be grilled or fried

Unfortunately, one thing must be noticed for the restaurant itself for dinner time is the bugs (Selaru/Laron) because it is very disturbing for the customers because sometimes these bugs not only fly around the table but jumped...

This place located inside of vimalla hills just in front of Pullman Hotel. Previously known as Telaga Sampireun. Food really tasty and provide quite fast. My favorite is Gurame Fried, plecing kangkung etc and honestly all the food and drink provides are so nice. The black coffee also beyond my expectations, really tasty with the nice crema. Unfortunately I did not have chance to take picture completely. Sorry for that.

This resto provide with spacious parking area, clean rest room and praying room which is designed simple but make us praying comfortably.

Overall ok, need to a bit improved on the insect trap/killer (UV lamps or related) so the flies could be well managed. But appreciate the help from the waiters that really concern by put more candles and small fly repellent device.

If you love have lunch or dinner with have natural vibes then this place could be counted in your list. Payment for sure can accept cash...
