I usually avoid writing bad reviews, especially for small family businesses, but unfortunately this was one of my worst meals in Indonesia. I’m sure their juices and fresh bowls are great, but I asked for a recommendation and was told the seafood mix would be “perfect.” Sadly, it was far from it.

The tuna tasted unpleasant, the shrimp were completely tasteless, and the calamari was rubbery and hard to eat. To put things in perspective, I had seafood at a nearby restaurant the night before, and it was absolutely delicious — so the difference was...

Wish I had taken a photo of the food I had so that i can have a visual reminder of how good the food was. The burger and satay were delicious and the fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. It really gave me comfort after the worst night of my trip. I couldn't stop thinking about the fries after flying back home. Their texture was amazing! It was so light and crisp, like taking a bite out of a freshly fried cloud. I never knew fries could be so good! I hope it wasn't a one off fluke because I'll definitely come back here...

The place's just been opened, and the owner is extremely helpful and showed great customer service. A local restaurant that offers affordable local food combined with a friendly welcome from the host.
