Ubud Kitchen Juice Café — Restaurant in Bali

I have been shopping here for 3 weeks. I was buying 3 liters of juice every 2-3 days. One of their 500 ml juices spoiled in 24 hours. Understandably, It can happen. The staff refused to exchange it, offer a credit or contact the owner. They stated their juices need to be fully consumed in 24 hours. If there is any issue with a juice it needs to be reported to their whatsapp within 24 hours. The juice was bad within 1 day. Here are 2 photos of the juice in 2 days. I returned to buy more juice on day 3, when i was refused the exchange. By the way, i pointed out, to the staff, the same juice type, in their fridge, was starting to ferment.
