I've been here many times and the food is ok. I'm Korean from both Korea and America. It's very expensive for the city, but it is understandable. HOWEVER, the management DOES NOT KNOW restaurant management, and customers expect at least decent service at a higher end restaurant like this. I've also owned several restaurants in several countries and unfortunately this management here does not know the basics. This restaurant closes at 10pm, but they instruct the staff to be closed and out of the restaurant at that time. A restaurant closing at 10pm does not mean the customers should be kicked out at 9:55pm, especially when food and drink is not finished. If that is the case, you should have your closing hour at 9pm and politely tell them they have an hour to finish up. I guess the management here does not know that a bad experience at a restaurant means they will tell 7 times more people about the bad experience than having a good experience. Unfortunately for this restaurant, i will tell 700 people not to go here. This restaurant is popular cuz of Korean culture, but I am NOT proud that this restaurant is Korean. Now I understand why there's so many bad reviews from Koreans. 외국 친구들이 매일 추천하고 같이 가자고 했지만 저는 더이상 never 추천 하고 싶지...

The food was very delicious and authentic Korean taste, i've been here for several times and tried many dishes, all of it was authentic. This restaurant has many outlets in several countries already, so the quality is very considered.
It is a bit pricey, but not too pricey i think with the quality and the portion. Bibimbap will cost you IDR 89,000 per portion, but it is enough for 2 adults. Other food's portion also basically for 2 adults. You also will get free green tea (ocha) with free refill so you don't need to buy drink again.
The service is great, there are many servers to help you. They also give you condiments after your meal (choose between fruit or coffee). The side dishes also delicious (usually there are 5 kinds of sides for free, including the Kimchi)
Overall, i'm very satisfied and recommend you to come here if you want to enjoy delicious and authentic Korean Food

Read moreTheir service is superb, I was riding quite far from the city and probably looked exhausted. Their manager offered me a complimentary ice cream and coffee.
Watch out for being over-ordered. I did, unfortunately. I underestimated their portions and ended up being full without even being able to accept their complimentary ice cream 😔. It is indeed a good value for money, it does seems expensive compared to those All You Can Eat, but their delivery, the whole eating experience and the food portion and condiments definitely beats the price of those All You Can Eat.
Their Kimchi Jjigae is delicious, but the highlight of my day is the Samgyeopsal and the kimchi condiment. The place is super clean, and I noticed there are private spaces for birthdays and meetings.
Would I go here again? Yes. Definitely. This is easily listed as my...
