After my third visit, I lost count. I don't know anymore how often I visit this place just for the tteokbokki. For a broke university student like me, their jeuksok tteokbokki is a heaven. With good quality tteokbokki and nice ambience (especially when visited at afternoon/evening), this is my ultimate choice in Yogyakarta for tteokbokki. Simply because the price, taste, and quality match to what I want from a tteokbokki. I don't fancy the nuance in this place at night because I think that it's slightly... noisy? I don't know, maybe I'm just sensitive haha. I gave it 4-stars instead of 5 one, because although I like the ambience and the opprtunity it given to spend a quality time with friends over a nice tteokbokki, I think that the tteokbokki itself is too sweet for my taste and sometimes the sweetness is just overwhelming. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We visited on a Thursday at 8 PM, and it was pleasantly quiet, with just another couple playing pool.
We ordered the 10-piece chicken in ganjang flavor, French fries, and Jihachul toast. The chicken was amazing – crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing between me and my two young kids. The French fries came in large portions, making them great for sharing as well.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back for more delicious...

A lot of seatings available, also there is a live music inside. Tried their topokki and korean fried chicken, i think their korean fried chicken is the best in town. I've tried korean fried chicken in korea, and in my opinion, this place serve the closest one from fried chicken i've tried in korea.
Downside of this place is, for me the live music is a little bit too loud, it makes me pretty hard to chat and interacting...
