Ketoprak Jakarta Bang Rudy — Restaurant in Mlati

Very bad customer service! I come to this place at around 9AM on Sunday and the place looks little bit crowded. And then we order the food. Not long after ordered, the waiter come and said that we must waited the food to come since the queue kinda long.

But here is the problem! From what I saw, their priority is to serve the online food delivery (Go Food by Gojek) although that Gojek just come and order, they always serve first..Is dine in customer not important??? Or Gojek give more bonus to the place when there are online order like that???

Another problem, we write extra tauge and fried egg while order. The foods finally serve (after waiting for more that 1 hours while that Gojek only wait for 15 minutes) but we still wait again for the extra menu..Is it take a long time just to fried the egg and server the tauge into the plate??? Why you are not server it together??? We must remind the waiter couple times first before all menu serve. The reason from the waiter, "please wait, is still on progress". Hell yeah their serving management was really good.

So for you that want to Dine In, I suggest to pick the time when the place was empty. Not in eating time, or you will be disappointed. And also IF, it just IF ONLY you really really want eat their food, it better to order using Go Food then wasting your time for waiting.

From me, I won't eat here again. Their food taste are average too, not that awesome and worth wasting your time to eat it..There are so many place in Jogja that serve Ketoprak in better taste...

Open for 24 hours! The best (Literally the VERY BEST) chicken porridge in Jogjakarta. They serve other foods such as Ketoprak, bihun goreng, kwetiaw goreng, nasi goreng, and many other food and beverages. The price is quite expensive but i must say that it was very worth it. Taste delicious and the portion is a little bit bigger compared to another place. This place is easy to access. Don't worry if you can't reach the shop since you can find those foods and beverages in online ride-sharing applications such as Go-Jek and Grab. If you choose to dine in and you are lucky enough then you might have a chance to met with some John Lennon's copycat...

I give 5 star for this place! Mainly because the food is really delicious! Well i would say the price is 5/10 thousand more expensive than the street food but it's totally worth it. I really recommend you guys try the 'Gado-Gado' food. OMG that food tastes really great especially for you who love spicy food.

The service also good. The employees are kind and fast. The place is noticeable from road so everyone who's passing by would see it easily. The place is clean and relatively large.

The thing i don't like about this place is they allowed beggar to enter inside. I mean it's not only one dude, they keep coming and...
