Tanamera Coffee Tentrem Mall — Restaurant in Semarang

To Tanamera I want to complaint. Today 25 May 2024. I made a purchase at Tanamera Tentrem Semarang. One of my ordered was lava cake. I ordered at 20.19 At 21.19 the order arrived (1 hours) During that time,the shop manager, waiters didn't inform us why the order was so slow, if we didn't ask They said, something trouble with the oven ect. So the process took a long time. But they didn't inform us if there was any problem with the order (IF WE DIDN'T ASK) and they event not said APOLOGY to us (IF WE DIDN'T MENTION IT FIRST) 4.they should had be informed us from the begining, "Sorry ma'am, the order for the lava cake will take a long time because the equipment is broken,are you still want to wait or canceled?"....but there was nothing at all information..even while waiting...the manager and waiters didn't check the order are already complated or not plus there was no information for us about our order (IF WE DIDN'T ASK). What disappointed US the most was... after we left the cafe, no one said "thank you for coming to the cafe" after we had bad service and experience.... they seemed silent and maybe our complaints were just considered empty air.

What a disappointing service from Tanamera...

I ordered spaghetti bolognaise for my son and we waited for 45min already when the waiter inform us suddenly that the food is out of stock. We asked to the waiter when will the food be ready for about 4 times to make sure our order is still on. Yet at the end after almost 1 hour waiting, they apologize to us because the spaghetti was out and asked us that do we want to cancel the order or not. Of course i cancelled it at the end. Idk why they have such a bad communication among them. How come they didnt count for the food availability? We are not waiting for only 15mins, but almost 1 hour! Such a bad experience. I would not recommend this place...

Food and drink prices here are in accordance with food and drink portions giving me satisfaction. They are made from high quality ingredients and served by professional staff. I ordered 3 menu items the other day. In my opinion, the chicken burger was very delicious. The Cold White Caramel which was supposed to be slowly enjoyed with melting ice inside the glass was very good. The red velvet cake was soft textured which went well with chopped nuts on it. Thus, I recommend Tanamera Coffee Indonesia.
