Gyu-Kaku Living World — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

Just ate here first time yesterday , and yeah the food is good , not great . Any type of meat ( except nonfat meat ) got so much fat . But my problem . I know that we were arrived a little late Around 7.45 pm . And told that the last order is at 8.15 We were okay with that. Later come the last order request Waiter only asked about food ( not drink ) We were not order any drink because we still had it ( about 30% - 50% of the glass ) And we thought that the waiter didnt ask for it So maybe we could still order drink . But then i wanted to order fanta ( which they served it in a can ) And they said no . U cant order drink anymore . I mean i didnt order anything special Just a can of fanta that are there in the fridge But yeah rule is rule ( which they didnt remind me on the last order about drink aswel) It was still 8.30 maybe . Good food with bad service. My 90 minutes gone waste because the waiter took so much time to prepare my order. They only said "yes, we will prepare it right away" and boom 30 minutes they gave me nothing but vegetables (I thought your name is meat in japanese?) . If you can't maintain your web-based app, I guess you should go back to manual order. Slow preparation with bad app just make my experience even worse. Don't get me wrong, I love Gyukaku, but I won't go to Living World's Gyukaku ever again. Arrived at 4.30pm asking for a table for 5 people. Restaurant was empty. They told us they couldn't serve us because there would be no food available until 5.30pm for people breaking their fast (Ramadan). So we ate at Marugame (next door) and noticed they also turned away several other customers. We left Marugame around 5.30pm and could see Gyu-Kaku still had empty tables. So we are wondering why on earth would a restaurant turn away paying customers 90 minutes before the fast ends (Magrib).
