Marvelous!! š¤š½š¤š½š¤š½ Haven't got chance to visit Italy, but this was the closest thing that I've tried in Little Italy or any kind of Italian neighborhood around state. We ate for 11pax, and ordered shared dish and main dish for each person. Lamb leg, Agli olio, Lobster spaghetti, Roasted Ribs, Octopus, Gnocchi, Pizza 4 formagi, Dry Aged Ribeye for share, and couple of other things that I don't remember.
Gnocchi was perfect! Creamy, with a hint of aged Parmesan and it has a great bite on each pieces and the whole thing was covered in the sauce! (real creamyness from cheese and Eggs, not milk or heavy cream. To me, this is Cheese lover must order dish, next to their Quatro Formagi Pizza)
Lamb leg also very very good! There wasn't any Noticable smell that you got normally from lamb dish, and of course the meat is very juicy and tender.
Lobster spaghetti was also done perfect, very well cooked, well seasoned, it's not overcooked and dry!
Quatro Formagi Pizza was very creative! The cheesyness of those four combined cheese was perfect with a touch of crushed peanuts and some caramelized sugar added on top of the pizza!
Dry Aged Ribeye was just good, cooked with the perfect level of doneness as we ordered, not sure why I don't feel this dish was the star of the dish, maybe it's because their other dish was marvelous and outshine the dry aged, but I don't recommend for the people that enjoy eating dry Aged meat to order this (dry aged meat lover better go to other restaurants that specialized in serving Dry Aged meat like Ab steak or Bistecca or many others)
For me the star of all of the Dish is their Slow cooked Ribs, very very well done and the seasoning was seeping through all over! So every bite was enjoyable and very flavourfull to out shine all of the dish I've tried in this occasion.
I would definitely come back here again to try...

If you're craving authentic Italian flavors in Surabaya, Ciccia Ristorante delivers in spadesāespecially when it comes to pizza. Their Burrata Pizza is a standout: a blistered, fired crust thatās both chewy and crisp, topped with a velvety cloud of burrata that melts perfectly into the tomato base. Itās simple, elegant, and bursting with flavor.
What makes Ciccia special is their custom pizza optionāan underrated gem. You get the sense that the chef actually cares about the dough, the layering, the finish. Every pie (we had mushrooms š, not 'shrooms) feels personal, and dare I say, some combinations here rival (and even surpass) what weāve had back in the States.
Ciccia doesnāt just aim for authenticityāthey make it feel like home. It's comfort food done right, with a touch of culinary pride. Whether youāre an expat or just someone who appreciates proper food.
BUT, if you're ordering a cold one, boy oh boy, I know the bar part is at the front, but if you do order, order them TWO COURSES AHEAD.
[Updated after visit on July 6th] Chef Matteo personally came to our table today to address a past experience with delayed service. I appreciate how sincerely he approached the matterārespect! The foodās still š„ (and the presentation on the tomahawk steak is perfect and thoughtful), the beer service is perfect now, and itās clear they care about quality and service. Good on you, Ciccia. PS: Thanks for making us feel like a...
