Exquisite book selections at the premise. I like how the bistro is designed including where the brainstorming session of the food designer takes place. The place utilizes the mirrors to reflect much akin like shadow plays except that the place is well-lit. Very cozy ambiance and the food is top-notch. I had asian seabass with garlic butter potato gnocchi. Very well seasoned. Produce is very fresh although I like a little bit more crispiness on the skin and more moisture inside. This restaurant is mind blowing. The food is out of this world and the setting super sophisticated. The menu is western with a French twist. Escargot, amazing cheese croquettes are just two of the tasty entrees. The key here is quality ingredients are being used, so every mouthful is exceptional and tasty. Mains include outstanding steaks, pork belly with crackling , perfectly cooked duck, crusted salmon and more. Order menu set dari chef table. Tapi utensils nya antar menu tidak diganti. Bahkan diminta servernya untuk diangkat sendok garpu dari piring kotor untuk dipakai lagi.

Setiap menu kan memiliki karakteristik berbeda. Masak sendok garpu nya dipakai ulang2. Rugi kah perkara cuci garpu sendok. Ngerti table manner gak sih?

Setelah di komplain baru dituruti untuk ganti utensils nya. Seharusnya perkara utensils itu hal basic tiap menu diganti kok sendok garpu dipake utk smua menu. Berasa prasmanan ajah nih. dan sebelum di request harusnya udh jd standard.

Lalu saat reserve terus transfer DP gak ada wa saya dibalas sampai besok nya Menjelang sore (pas hari reservasi nya) dan saya marah2 dlu baru dibalas. Lah kok jd horor kayak scam. Dimana2 setelah transfer harusnya kasih konfirmasi bhw reservation confirmed.

Lalu saya gak paham fungsi nya duduk di chef's table itu apa? Toh chef ny masak di dapur dlm lalu bawa ke meja. Cmn blg nama menu trus kita liatin tembok lagi donk. Atraksi yg dilakukan chef cuman pas ngasih pepper pake pepper grinder raksasa sama platting 1x. Dari 12 menu kami cuman ngadep tembok. Sama liatin PAJANGAN pisau, kompor di chef table itu.

Dan aneh minum kan dpt free kopi ato teh tapi dikasih di akhir dan gak boleh di awal. Terus sepanjang makan harus order mnm lg. Wowww dengan hrg segitu air putih pun gak dikasih yah? Filtered water deh gak usah sparkling2an.

Not worth the price at all. Gak aneh sepi. Literally we are the only customer at that time.

Restaurant kalo udah hitung per pax yg dijual bukan cuma Makanan nya saja. Tp service ny juga.

Kembali kesini? kayaknya enggak deh. Masih banyak resto lain yg service ny bikin happy bkn bikin bad mood.

Menu2 nya sih lucu2 cantik bentuk nya tp rasa standard ajah not bad kok. Yah kalo rasa relatif tiap orang bisa beda. Tapi kalo soal service wajib yg baik.
