Depot Pak Bas — Restaurant in Surabaya

The food is delicious and the portions are generous, I eat here often. But this time was very disappointing, poor service. I've been waiting for more than 1 hour, I thought it was normal because it was crowded, but it turned out that the service management was bad. It used to be like this too but my order was then immediately delivered. This time it seemed like they didn't pay attention and they even let me and my friends leave without feeling sorry. I am very disappointed, I don't recommend going here, it's useless for good food but...

They served big portion meals. Be sure to bring your family and friends. They have a very vast space on the second floor. But be careful, the stairs are rather steep. Even though they cook large, the taste won't disappoint you. IMHO, the meals are good enough. If you are to take away good, be sure to have your own container. This place is really good with their portions and price. Their taste is fairly good too. I would give the rating 4/5 with the taste. But with the price and portion, it go straight to 5. For the cleanliness, it's quite clean 4/5 rating.

Overall, i recommend this place if you want a fairly cheap and great potions of food with good taste....
