GOZADERA INDONESIA — Restaurant in Surabaya

This is actually the first bar I visited in Surabaya and I loved the atmosphere. For those asking, this place is a grill restaurant by day and turns into a more bar vibed place after 9 p.m.

Gozadera's stage setup is interesting as it is a round rotating stage placed in the middle of the establishment. The night entertainment alternates between live band and DJ performance, so guest won't get bored easily. Also because we were visiting during the world cup, they also have big screens which showed the match live stream.

The waiters are friendly and helpful, didn't expect such service considering my group doesn't spend as much as the other guests. We really appreciate the service provided.

Great decoration, more Chinese customers, but that is not a problem as the staff is well spoken in English, friendly and talkative. The owner asked me "How did you find this place?" apearently it tok many westerners go there; but kn my opinion it is a must-checkout place if you are in Surabaya.. Live band playing international as well as local music. Great band! Again, decoration is very unique and sometimes (I think it's regularly as well, not sure), they have fire shows that are worthwhile filming. I have been there 3 times and will go back again. I want to give or 4.5 stars, not 5 yet because sometimes you have to wait for you your order a bit longer than expected; if you buy drinks by the bottle, no problem, just single drinks take...

Worst place ever. Been here for YB and Bravy event, yet got so disappointed for the service. No servers around AT ALL. I don’t know what are they doing because when we want to order something we need to play hide and seek game with the servers. And still gonna wait till 20-30 minutes for nothing until we recall the servers and remind them for our order.
