Burger King — Restaurant in Surabaya

I don't get it with the burgers in Surabaya. You've got pictures up everywhere of Whoppers with lettuce piled up and spilling out all over the place. Yet I've had a Whopper at this store 3 times and each time I've had to lift the bun to see if there even was any lettuce on it. Each time there were just a few tiny strands that looked like they had probably been placed there individually, like there's some kind of lettuce rationing going on.

You're not supposed to be doing that and I'm pretty sure this is explicitly stated in your franchise agreement.

Here's what it is supposed to look like. My first job was making Whoppers. I've eaten them around the world. They really do look something like this pretty much everywhere else except for Surabaya.

It's a pretty good place and the price is pretty okay for a food this good. However the service is not that great. Service is really slow, took a good 5 minutes just to finish an order of two set menus. I mean I would be okay with it if it was new, but it's been more or less three months, they should have enough employees now. Perhaps it's their work ethic, I've seen a group of them TALK about random stuff right there near the cashier. Damn.

This franchise restaurant from uncle sam is located in Plaza Surabaya. When you enter plaza Surabaya from west side you will find this restaurant. Bring a new age of Burger, this brand has a new taste which is citizen Surabaya like it. No worry about space parking because you can take a parking space inside building Plaza Surabaya. Many menu offerings from this restaurant with price almost same with others. We can take a seat and enjoy our meals...
