I think there's no need elaborate explanation for this fast food chain. Almost everyone must have tried KFC and they either love it or loathe it because, of course, it's not a healthy food (it's fast food anyway). Still, I can't reject its rich flavor, though there are similar fried chickens from other fast food chains that are also my favorites. As the characteristic of fast food restaurant, it offers fast service. Though I don't suggest to visit on holiday or any other days where malls are so crowded, because KFC restaurants are always full and there would be long lines.

Tried using their new KFCKU App but I guess the staff here isn’t trained well cause I still need to queue to confirm my order. Then what’s the point of the app? Better take out that “Pesan KFC Tanpa Perlu Antri” sign. Not just that I need to queue, the app is basically useless and added extra more step. I don’t know why KFC can’t adapt to new tech as good as MCD. I guess lack of good SDM and training?

Hari ini tgl 28 okt 2021, mampir makan disini setelah sebelumnya ke dokter sm apotek . Bingung mau makan dimana, mau nyari yg kekinian juga udh ga sempat Krn udh jam stg 9 an, jadi nya mampir kesini. Tadi beli yang paket super 4,, dapet 4 ayam, 2 perkedel, 2 sup ayam. Heran nya kenapa sampai sekarang masih aja ada CD lagu di KFC, sy bingung mau pasang dimana 😂, mana harga nya 40rb lagi. Daripada di kasih CD, mending di tambahin menu apa gitu 😁 berasa buang2 duit buat sesuatu hal yang ga qt butuhin,, pdhl butuhnya cuma makanan aja, bukan yg lain. Tadi beli paket super 4 ni juga karna cari yang ga ada menu nasi nya 😆.

Pesen chicken wing bucketnya murah sih, 54rb. Recomended. Parkiran luas, tempatnya juga nyaman.
