Budget friendly hotel that is located right in the center of town. Very close to Surabaya Town Square, Surabaya Zoo and many other public places. The room i stayed in was clean, they changed the towels everyday. The room conditioning was great while the hot water finishes quickly at night. They provide 2 mineral waters everyday and the tv channels were adequate enough for daily basis. I chose the room with no breakfast so i didnt have the opportunity to review anything about their foods. The unique thing is that they also have a digital bathroom scale in their lobby for you to weigh in your luggage! So you can never go wrong with over loaded flight baggage. Overall i had a good stay and will probably stay here again if i had another chance to go...

Pop is one of my favorite brand. They have good standart. And usually I will give 4-5 star review. But there is some facility that management need to fix. Air Conditioner There is some complain about this. You can see some reviewer say. For me... Breakfast area is hot. And I am experience this not only one. For me, Pop Gubeng more comfort. On the 9th floor You feel there is like vibrate on your bed. They are coming from the outside building. Not from the traffic. But good service from FO they are helping me to get another room.

That's all... and I like the way they doing creativity on serving the breakfast....
