You need to get a designated card for Pasarame-only in the front cashier. They only accept the Pasarame card, not cash. But you can cash out your money when you finished dining in Pasarame. The system here uses refill cards like that on Eat & Eat. There are two types of cards: those that are valid for 30 days and those that are valid for 3 years. Since we are not Surabaya residents, we chose ones with a validity period of 30 days.
