Qua-li Noodle & Rice - Tunjungan Plaza 4 — Restaurant in Surabaya

Qua Li, a renowned restaurant that has captured the hearts of many, holds a special place in the hearts of its patrons. However, my recent visit to the Qua Li branch at Tunjungan Plaza left me disheartened, overshadowed by a series of service flaws that tainted my overall experience.

The moment I stepped into the establishment, the lack of warm greetings from the waitstaff was noticeable. A simple smile and welcoming gesture can go a long way in setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience, yet this basic courtesy seemed to be amiss.

One particular incident during the payment process further highlighted the service shortcomings at Qua Li Tunjungan Plaza. As I handed over my card and politely requested to use the BRI machine for payment, the cashier's response was far from accommodating. Instead of swiftly processing the transaction as requested, there was a moment of confusion where the cashier seemed unsure of the procedure. The unnecessary delay and lack of clarity left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.

Moreover, the cashier's attempt to take my card to show to her supervisor without my consent raised concerns regarding privacy and security. It is imperative for businesses to prioritize customer safety and handle sensitive information with utmost care. Thankfully, I intervened and prevented the unnecessary exposure of my card details.

Comparisons between Qua Li's management at Tunjungan Plaza and Pakuwon Mall further exacerbated my disappointment. The exceptional service and seamless transactions at the Pakuwon Mall branch had set a high standard that the Tunjungan Plaza counterpart failed to meet. The disparity in service quality between the two locations was stark, leaving me questioning the consistency of Qua Li's standards across its restaurants.

Regrettably, the subpar experience at Qua Li Tunjungan Plaza has cast a shadow of doubt on my future visits to this particular branch. The service flaws and lack of attention to customer needs have diminished the charm and appeal that initially drew me to the Qua Li franchise. As a loyal patron who values exceptional service and attention to detail, I find it challenging to overlook the shortcomings encountered during my visit.

In conclusion, while Qua Li remains a beloved franchise with a reputation for delectable dishes, the service flaws and operational inefficiencies at the Tunjungan Plaza branch have tarnished its allure. It is my hope that the management takes proactive steps to address these issues and uphold the high standards that Qua Li is known for, ensuring that every dining experience is a memorable and delightful one for all patrons.

Ini adalah restoran chinese food terbaik dari segi pelayanan, rasa, porsi, dan harga. Dapurnya blend-in dengan area meja pelanggan tanpa dinding sekat, sehingga kalian bisa melihat para chef memasak, mencium aroma masakan mereka, juga mendengar sensasi bisingnya kompor dan wajan bertemu. Jujur saja, visual plating mereka biasa saja, tidak ada mentimun atau tomat iris dan sejenisnya. Tapi, kalian bisa lihat sendiri porsi masakan mereka tidak main-main, bumbunya super berlimpah dan aromanya kuat sekali. Kami bisa rasakan begitu empuknya udang dan sayuran pada capcay, juga sensasi "masih panas baru dari wajan" yg awet di piring saji. 🥵🤪🤤

Meskipun kakap saus XO dan ayam saus hongkong mereka sekilas terlihat kering, tapi percayalah, teksturnya sangat juicy di mulut dan sangat kaya rempah". One of my favorite oriental restaurant in mall or shopping center. They always serve quickly but keep the quality of the taste excellent. The staffs area really helpful.
