Had a quick dinner, one of few restaurants in town providing good quality dry aged meats. Beef tartare (Not for the faint heart of course !) was served fresh, with tidbits of micro greens and capers plus raw eggs to complete.

Josper grilled vegetables was nicely done, perfect pairs for the main.

Frankly speaking, I’d love to order striploin, as I love the good combination of lean meat and fat in order to completely savor the meat taste. Sadly, the striploin was not available so I tried the sirloin instead.

Sirloin was okay, nothing special given the price tag, but still hard to top this one as it is still rare to find good steakhouse in town. Hopefully, next time they would provide more...

Absolutely terrific new restaurant in Surabaya - already one of my favourites! Food was spectacular - the chef and his team do an awesome job. The steak was done to perfection, with a great flavour created with the use of the Josper grill - the only one in Surabaya as far as I know! It creates a really unique flavour throughout the food, and easily one of the best meals I have had in Surabaya.

The interior of the restaurant, along with the rustic dining ware creates a really great feel during the meal. Signature cocktails are both delicious as well. Can’t wait to go back! Great work...
