This is, by far, the best Suki and Grill resto. You can come here with your family or friends. They will assist you to take the suki and help you to put it in the pan. You can also take additional garlic or other spices according to you needs, unlimited. The price is, well, quite expensive but I suppose that's worth it. They also serve various beverages. I actually never knew the exact price for each suki, lol, but I suppose you must always be ready at around 500-700K for 4 person (based on my order which mostly consist of tofu, salmon ball, ginseng veggies, beef enoki, chicken broccoli, with 4 iced tea and rice). You can actually also buy the suki only or Tom Yam soup only for take away. If I'm not mistaken, a pitch of Tom Yam soup...

Saya benar2 kecewa dgn pelayanan karyawan baru setelah pindah ke Galaxy Mall 3. Hari ini, 12 Februari 2024 saya makan dine in. Saat memilih suki di stall saya panggil waitress dekat stall ga ditanggapi, 3x saya panggil ga ditanggapi, akhirnya saya samperin dan tanya “Mba pocainya gaada ya?” ke salah satu waitress di dekat stall. Jawabannya ketus, dia panggil salah satu cooker ke belakang dan waitress itu tanya dgn bahasa jawa kasar “Maue sayur opo se?”. Saya kira tingkat pelayanan untuk resto sekelas XO tidak ada SOP seperti ini. Yang paling bikin kesal adalah galama setelah itu saya lihat dia melayani customer lain sangat ramah dan ketawa2. Maaf ya saya memang masih muda dan terkesan lusuh pulang kerja tapi ya masa masih kena diskriminasi kaya gini? Saya customer langganan saat di galaxy mall yg lama, dan saat belum pindah pelayanannya bagus dan ramah2. Setelah pindah dan banyak karyawan yg baru kenapa jadi gini ya? Saya tdk tau siapa nama waitressnya, yg jelas dia adalah karyawan baru dan bukan karyawan lama dari galaxy mall lama. Tolong diperbaiki untuk sdmnya, terlebih untuk karyawan yg baru....

Very good place to have dinner with family. Various fresh suki items available and the staff will guide you to choose. Anyway they always full on dinner time so you may hurry to get the comfy table and get the staff to guide you unless you will be 'a bit' ignored. There was no credit card promotion.. Only OVO...
