The menu still good, but the service was so bad, one menu forgot to be served until the the end. I ordered two pizzas, garlic bread, one puff mushroom soup, but the soup didnt come till the pizza done. I sent the email already to customerservice@pizzahut. Hope you fix the service here, so it will better in the future.

Lama tidak makan disini, ternyata berubah konsep jadi RISTORANTE. Menu baru lebih fresh dan aneka sajian baru. Kebetulan ada diskon 25% sampai akhir Januari 2024 untuk menu2 tertentu tanpa syarat. Harga memang agak tinggi, tapi sepadan dengan porsi dan rasa yang didapatkan. Coba pesan roasted chicken, caesar salad salmon, dan mix platter. Porsi jumbo roasted chickennya! Rasa mantap, bisa untuk 2 orang nih. Sedangkan caesar saladnya mantap juga, cuma salmonnya kurang mantap (terlalu kering). Mix platter so so, ayamnya kerasa kurang berasa.. untung ada saosnya masih enak. Pelayanan tidak perlu ditanyakan lagi, Pizza Hut memang jempolan soal servicenya. Kalau untuk masukan, mungkin harga minumnya yg perlu direvisi, overprice.. terutama pitcher yang semakin menggila harganya.

Not the best pizza hut branch.. but up to the standard.. Seating is fine.. But because it's on a Mall (Galaxy Mall, one of the top mall in Surabaya) it's always crowded.. Best time to enjoy the food is for lunch, on normal (Monday to Friday) day.. Service is pretty quick considering the...
